Job Overview:

A well-established and highly recognized beverage company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations throughout The Bahamas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong client relationships, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing sales teams, key accounts, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market presence and profitability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, restaurants, hotels, bars, and distributors

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and product launches

  • Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand representation in the market

  • Conduct regular field visits and support the sales team in achieving targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the beverage, FMCG, or distribution industry

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing key accounts within hospitality and retail sectors

  • Knowledge of the Bahamian market and beverage industry trends

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and highly professional

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily field-based with office responsibilities

  • May require occasional evenings, weekends, and attendance at promotional events

  • Fast-paced and target-driven environment
