Founded in 2015, KLK proudly celebrated 10 years of service in November 2025, a milestone reflecting our commitment to excellence, consistency, and trusted partnerships.

What began as a vision has grown into a dynamic team of associates working together to support businesses and families with reliable, high-quality service. Today, KLK is not just a company, but a network of trained professionals, including recruiters, coordinators, skilled workers, and certified babysitters all aligned in delivering exceptional service.

From our recruitment specialists who carefully match candidates to roles, to our babysitters and on-site team members who represent us daily, each person plays a vital role in our success.

Our babysitting team alone includes over 50 vetted professionals, all CPR and First Aid certified, who have supported families from around the world within some of the Bahamas’ most prestigious resorts.

KLK Consulting Ltd. was founded by Kristin Kelly, whose passion for service and eye for quality laid the foundation for the company’s success.

Kristin brings a wealth of experience prior to establishing KLK, with a strong background in recruitment, business operations, and hospitality. Her leadership continues to guide the company’s direction, ensuring that every service reflects professionalism, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of client needs.
