Job Overview:
KLK Consulting Ltd. provides trained and professional staff to various luxury resorts and hospitality partners throughout The Bahamas. We are currently seeking energetic, responsible, and child-friendly individuals to join our Resort Kids Club Team.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children in a fun, fast-paced hospitality environment. Team members will assist with supervising children, facilitating activities, leading games, supporting events, and creating memorable vacation experiences for visiting families.
Successful candidates must be professional, engaging, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe and positive environment for children of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in resort kids club activities and programs
Assist with arts & crafts, educational games, movie time, sports, and themed events
Lead and support recreational activities including outdoor games and group activities
Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive experience of all children in attendance
Maintain professional communication with resort guests, parents, and fellow team members
Help prepare activity materials, games, and event spaces
Follow all resort and company safety procedures and child supervision policies
Assist with special resort events, holiday programs, and family activities as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kids club environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience working with children, camps, schools, daycare, babysitting, youth groups, or hospitality programs is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, energetic, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to work well within a team environment
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Must genuinely enjoy working with children and families
Hospitality or resort experience is considered an advantage
Physical Requirements:
Ability to participate in physical activities, games, and outdoor events
Ability to stand for extended periods and actively supervise children
Some positions may involve water-based activities or pool supervision (swimming ability is a plus)
Working Conditions:
Flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings, and resort peak periods
Work may be indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Positions may rotate between different resort properties and events throughout Nassau and Paradise Island
