Position Overview
A high-profile international principal is seeking an exceptionally polished, intelligent, and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level personal and administrative support in a fast-paced luxury environment.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and can seamlessly manage both business and lifestyle logistics with professionalism and absolute confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be experienced in supporting high-net-worth individuals, executives, celebrities, entrepreneurs, or VIP clientele and must possess exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and personal schedules
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and visas
Organize Zoom meetings, conference calls, and virtual scheduling across multiple time zones
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and sensitive information with discretion
Liaise with household staff, vendors, security teams, drivers, and external partners
Assist with personal errands, luxury bookings, reservations, gifting, and lifestyle management
Maintain detailed records, files, and organizational systems
Anticipate the principal’s needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Support family logistics and occasional light household coordination
Be available for flexibility outside traditional business hours when necessary
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting high-level executives, celebrities, entrepreneurs, or VIP clients
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
Ability to remain calm and resourceful in fast-moving environments
Strong knowledge of international travel coordination and luxury service standards
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and passport preferred
